Ken is an experienced public company director, having served on several ASX-listed company boards as an Independent Non-Executive Director or Chairman. Ken has enjoyed a successful career across corporate finance, capital markets, M&A and related advisory.

Sam Poutakidis

Sam Poutakidis is a professional football coach and currently serves as Senior Assistant Coach at South Melbourne FC. He holds an FA/AFC A Diploma and brings extensive leadership experience in athlete development and high-performance sport.

With over 20 years of experience in information technology, process re-engineering and change management at ANZ, Sam has developed a strong track record in operational excellence, transformation and strategic delivery.

Sam is also the Founder of Athletis One, an AI consultancy that delivers automation solutions for sporting clubs and small-to-medium businesses, combining technology and innovation to improve organizational performance and efficiency.

His diverse experience across sport, technology and business brings valuable strategic insight to the Foundation and supports its commitment to creating meaningful opportunities through education and community impact.

Steve Poutakidis

Steve Poutakidis is a Director at UBS Global Wealth Management, where he advises private clients on bespoke investment strategies.

With 16 years of experience across global markets, Steve has held roles with NAB, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and UBS, and brings extensive expertise in investment advisory and strategic asset allocation.

Steve is also a Career Mentor with Melbourne Business School, where he supports and guides emerging professionals as they develop their careers.

His experience across global finance, strategic advisory and mentorship brings valuable commercial insight to the Foundation and supports its commitment to creating meaningful opportunities through education and community impact.

Terry Poutakidis

Terry Poutakidis is a Home Lending Specialist at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he provides lending solutions and financial guidance to support individuals and families in achieving their home ownership goals.

He has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, spanning home lending, equipment finance, non-bank lending, sales and management. He holds a Diploma in Banking & Finance and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Terry is also a member of Commonwealth Bank’s Charity Foundation and the Commonwealth Bank Melbourne Social Club, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and supporting charitable initiatives.

His experience across financial services, together with his commitment to community involvement, brings valuable insight to the Foundation and supports its mission to create meaningful opportunities through education and community impact.

Jol Rogers

Jol Rogers is a legal practitioner and Partner at Gadens, a national law firm, where he co-leads the firm’s national corporate team.

With over 25 years of experience, Jol advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and general corporate matters, bringing extensive expertise in corporate law, governance and strategic transactions.

Jol holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Laws (Commercial Law). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

His extensive legal, commercial and governance experience provides valuable strategic guidance to the Foundation and supports its commitment to creating meaningful opportunities through education and community impact.

Mick Catanzariti

Mick is the Director and Founding Partner of ASCOT Partners and ASCOT Wealth Management, providing strategic financial and advisory services to individuals and businesses.

Mick is both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), bringing extensive expertise in accounting, financial management and strategic advisory.

His experience across accounting, wealth management and business advisory provides valuable financial oversight to the Foundation and supports its commitment to creating meaningful opportunities through education and community impact.
